PRICING
1. The price is determined by:
- The number of travelers (the more of your traveling, the cheaper the tour gets as you are sharing the cost of a 4×4 wheel car & fuel & driver (friends, family, and loved ones),
- Duration of stay in Morocco,
- Type of accommodation (standard, mid-range, superior, or luxury),
- The travel period: Depends on the season you came in, as there is the high and low seasons which make a difference in prices.

Step 2: Share Your Preferences
Tell us about your travel aspirations, desired destinations, accommodation preferences, and the interests of your group. We’ll then present a proposed itinerary tailored to your Morocco experience. One of our specialists will address any questions you have and provide comprehensive details about your tour.
Step 3: Flexibility during the Tour
Even during your personalized Morocco tour, you remain in charge! If you have any minor adjustments in mind and they’re feasible, we’re here to assist and make it happen.
3. Booking Your Tour with Morocco Travel 4×4 Agency:
To secure your reservation with Morocco Travel 4×4 agency, a deposit amounting to 20% of the total trip cost is required. This can be made through PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, or a Bank wire transfer. Once you’ve chosen your desired trip, we’ll provide a link for you to make the deposit payment.
As for the outstanding balance, you have the flexibility to settle it upon your arrival in Morocco. We accept cash payments in Euros or US Dollars, and credit card payments in Moroccan dirhams (please note there’s a +3% fee for card transactions). Alternatively, you can also clear the remaining amount via Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal, but be aware that these methods come with an additional +5% fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
In the event of an emergency and if you wish to cancel your tour, we will not be able to refund the deposit. However, you can contact us 30 days before your arrival so that we can apply it to another tour on a different date that suits you.
If you request to cancel your tour from 15 to 29 days out, the deposit will not be refunded, and we will also not be able to apply it to another trip.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the arrival date, we will require 50% of the total amount.
Should you cancel your trip 2 days before your arrival, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the tour.
You can settle the remaining amount using bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Transferwise, or PayPal.
Note: You can get your deposit refunded if your tour is canceled by us in the event of a natural disaster such as earthquakes or floods, the spread of a pandemic (e.g., coronavirus), or the closure of airports for any other reason.
5.Children policy
There is no fee for children aged from 1 to 3 years old.
> There is a special 50% off deal for kids aged 4–10.
>Adults are defined as children older than 10 years old.
6 . Complaints
Please inform your driver or guide of any concerns or complaints you may have with our services, and they will address them promptly. Notify us immediately via phone or whatsapp: +212 666 349 961 or send an email to Contact[@]moroccotravel4x4.com if the problem persists.
7 – Travel Insurance
We do not provide any travel insurance at our company and it is a requirement that you should be insured during your holiday in Morocco. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering luggage loss, curtailment, medical emergency, cancellation, repatriation costs, personal money and belongings, flight cancellations and delays…All types of insurance are your responsibility and you are encouraged to obtain the appropriate holiday travel insurance cover.
8. Drivers
Even in Morocco’s imperial towns like Marrakech and Fes, drivers cannot legally pose as tour guides.as a result, we often use Moroccan tourist ministry-licensed local guides. Along the way, your driver will drop you off at various locations, including rural areas, tiny towns, and even the Sahara desert.
Hiring native cameleers, who are experts in the Sahara and know the ins and outs of the camels and the trails, is another standard practice while going camel trekking in the desert.
9: Unique Inquiries
Please notify us in writing before to booking any trip or activity if you have any special needs, whether they be dietary restrictions, wheelchair access, or anything else. To pass it on and guarantee a risk-free journey filled with unforgettable experiences.
Before you purchase your trip, we will let you know if there are any specific needs we can’t fulfill. When you make your reservation with us, be sure to let us know if you have any special requests, such as a certain hotel, certain attractions, preferred sleeping arrangements, or anything else. We promise to do our utmost to meet all of your demands.
10. Legal Duty
Any aspect of your trip that you book with us must adhere to the details provided on our website and your specific requests. While planning your Morocco holiday, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, deaths, or losses that may occur.
