  • Day 2: Fes Sightseeing (Local travel, minimal driving)

Visit Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest university in the world, and learn about its importance in the Islamic world.   • Day 3: Fes to Rabat via Meknes (210 km, approx. 4 hours driving)

Continue to Meknes, another imperial city, to visit Bab Mansour, the grand gate that symbolizes the city’s glory. Walk around El Hedim Square, a lively plaza surrounded by shops and vendors.   • Day 4: Rabat & Casablanca (90 km, approx. 1.5 hours driving)

Start the day with a tour of Rabat. Visit the Hassan Tower, an incomplete minaret from the 12th century, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, where Moroccan royalty is buried. Stroll through the Kasbah of the Udayas, a beautiful fortress with views of the Bou Regreg River and the Atlantic Ocean. Visit the Saadian Tombs, an important historical site with richly decorated tombs. Enjoy some last-minute shopping or relax in the courtyard of your Riad.
