The allure of Morocco’s Sahara Desert, particularly the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, has drawn global travelers, prompting a nomadic father of nine to venture into tourism. Together with two companions, he acquired a 4WD vehicle to escort tourists through the desert’s marvels. This initiative marked the humble beginnings of a family deeply ingrained in Morocco’s tourism sector. As his children matured, they found employment in various touristic camps and hotels, acquiring language skills in English, Spanish, and French. Observing the dominance of foreign travel companies at the time, two of the siblings envisioned the creation of a local tour operator to authentically represent Morocco’s cultural essence. Initially hindered by their limited English proficiency, they were motivated to pursue language studies. Their efforts paid off, resulting in fluency in English, both spoken and written. This milestone was the foundation of Morocco Travel 4×4, embodying his dreams to establish a leading Morocco travel company and become the best travel agent in Morocco.
