Brief Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

You will be welcomed at the airport in Marrakech, then we’ll transfer you to your riad, situated in the heart of the old medina. Overnight at the riad.

• Day 2: Exploring Marrakech with Local Guide

Today, embark on a full-day private tour of Marrakech with an official guide who will reveal the secrets of this vibrant city, also known as ‘the Moroccan red city.’ Visit iconic attractions such as the Koutoubia Mosque, bustling souks, Saadian Tombs, El Bahia Palace, and the Majorelle Gardens. Discover the historical Ali Ben Youssef Koranic School and explore the rich culture of Marrakech. End your day at a charming riad in the Medina, where you’ll stay overnight.

• Day 3: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Following breakfast, we will embark on an awe-inspiring journey through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N’tichka pass, standing at an altitude of 2,260 meters. Along the way, we will stop to admire the stunning views and visit an argan oil cooperative. In the afternoon, we will have lunch at a nearby restaurant before exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou. Later, we will travel to the Dades Valley where we will dine and spend the night in a riad or conventional hotel.

• Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Sahara Desert

We will proceed with our tour and visit the Todra Gorge, a narrow and colorful canyon well-known among outdoor enthusiasts. From there, we will travel through the Ziz Valley and arrive at Erfoud, an oasis town renowned as the gateway to the Sahara Desert, famous for its exceptional fossils. Here, we can visit a local factory that produces decorative items and art pieces made from fossils. We will then continue towards the desert, arriving at a checkpoint where we will leave our vehicle and start a camel ride into the dunes, accompanied by experienced guides. We will eventually reach the Merzouga Desert Camp where we will spend the night in Berber tents. The evening will be unforgettable as we indulge in a traditional Berber dinner under a starry sky, accompanied by tribal music around a campfire in the desert.

• Day 5: Sahara Desert – Ziz Valley – Middle Atlas – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

Our tour to Ouarzazate will commence, passing through Rissani, where we can make a stop to visit its traditional souks, known to be the biggest in southern Morocco. This will be after observing the breathtaking sunrise in the desert and having breakfast followed by a refreshing hot shower. We will then proceed through the stunning Draa Valley, which is filled with countless palm trees. We will arrive in Ouarzazate in the evening and check into our hotel.

• Day 6: Exploring Fes with Local Guide

After breakfast in your riad, you will move to start exploring the Fes Medina (founded in the 8th century by Moulay Driss II) with a local tour guide. Among the interesting parts you will visit are the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter (built in the 16th century and considered the first Mellah in Morocco), the world’s oldest university Al Qarawiyin, the Tanneries, and the Moulay Driss Mausoleum. We will also use a vehicle to enjoy the panoramic views upon the Medina. Overnight at the riad.

• Day 7: Fes – Rif Mountains – Chefchaouen

After visiting Taourirte Kasbah in the morning, we will depart from Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas Mountains, traveling through the high-altitude Tizi N’Tichka pass, which stands at 2,260 meters and offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys. We will continue our journey and arrive in Marrakech, where you will stay overnight.

• Day 8: Chefchaouen – Transfer to Tangier Airport

Today, we will take you to the airport and wish you a safe journey back home. Our driver will pick you up from the riad and transfer you to Marrakech airport, ensuring a smooth and comfortable end to your Morocco travel experience. End of our services.
