By booking with Morocco Travel 4x4, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your tour.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment details will be provided during reservation. Accepted payments include bank transfer, cash, or other methods agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 15 days before departure: partial refund (minus fees).
• Cancellations within 15 days: deposit is non-refundable.
• No-show or cancellation within 72 hours: no refund.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We may modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather, road conditions, local events, or safety concerns. Alternative options of equal or higher value will be offered when possible.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, lost luggage, trip cancellation, and personal incidents.

5. Liability

We act as an organizer and intermediary. Morocco Travel 4x4 is not responsible for actions of third-party providers unless negligence is proven.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Respect local laws and customs.
• Follow safety guidelines from your driver/guide.

7. Health & Safety

Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

8. Website Use

All content on this site is the property of Morocco Travel 4x4 and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be handled by Moroccan courts.
