Still have a question?Booking & payment
How do I book a tour?
Send us a message on WhatsApp, by email or through the quote form. Tell us your dates, how many of you are travelling and what you'd love to see, and we'll design your itinerary and send you an exact price. Nothing is booked until you're happy with every detail.
Are all your tours private?
Yes, 100%. You never share the vehicle, the guide or the schedule with strangers. It's just you, the people you're travelling with, and your driver-guide.
Can I customise an itinerary?
Every tour can be changed. Add nights, swap cities, upgrade the hotels, slow the pace, or start from a blank page. Whether you're after adventure, culture or pure comfort, we build the trip around you.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A small deposit secures your booking, and the balance is paid on arrival. We accept bank transfer, cash or another method agreed with you in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 15 days before the start of the tour, we refund your deposit minus any fees already incurred. Within 15 days the deposit is non-refundable, and within 72 hours of the start, or in case of a no-show, no refund is possible. The full terms are in our terms and conditions.
Travelling with us
What vehicles do you use?
Modern, air-conditioned 4×4s for couples and small groups, and minivans or minibuses for larger families and groups. They're regularly serviced and equipped for desert tracks, mountain passes and city streets alike.
Will I have help during the trip?
Yes. We're available 24/7 by WhatsApp, email or phone, before, during and after your trip. And your driver-guide is with you every day.
Is Morocco safe for travellers?
Morocco welcomes millions of visitors every year, and most trips are entirely trouble-free. Take the usual care you would in any busy city, especially in crowded souks. On a private tour your driver-guide knows the roads and the places, and we change plans whenever weather or road conditions require. We always recommend checking your own government's travel advice before you go.
When is the best time to visit?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) bring warm days and cool nights across the whole country. Summer is pleasant on the coast but very hot in the Sahara, so we plan desert days around early mornings and evenings. In winter the cities are mild and sunny, desert nights are cold, and the High Atlas passes can occasionally close for snow.
Are your tours suitable for families, older travellers or solo travellers?
Yes. Because every tour is private, we set the pace to suit you, with shorter driving days, extra nights, child seats, family rooms, or a quiet solo journey with a guide who doubles as company. Just tell us who's travelling.
The desert
How comfortable are the desert camps?
Our luxury camps have private tents with proper beds, linen and an en-suite bathroom with hot water. Dinner is served in a dining tent or outside under the stars, and there's music by the fire afterwards. From November to February nights are cold, but tents come with thick blankets.
Do I have to ride a camel?
Not at all. The camel trek is optional. You can walk alongside the caravan, or we can drive you to camp by 4×4. Treks last around an hour and suit most ages.
Practicalities
What should I pack?
Pack layers, because days can be warm and desert or mountain nights cold. Bring comfortable walking shoes for the medinas, sunglasses, a hat and sun cream, and a scarf, which is useful for sun, sand and visiting religious sites. Clothes that cover shoulders and knees are respectful in towns and villages. Take a small daypack and leave your large luggage in the car on desert nights.
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of many countries, including the EU, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia, can visit Morocco without a visa for up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for your whole stay, and we recommend at least six months' validity. Rules change, so please confirm with your embassy before you travel.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it. Choose a policy that covers medical care, cancellation and the activities you plan to do, such as camel trekking or sandboarding.
What about money and tipping?
The currency is the Moroccan dirham, which you can only obtain inside Morocco. ATMs are easy to find in towns, and cards are accepted in many hotels and restaurants, but cash is useful in souks and villages. Tipping is customary but always up to you.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware meals can all be arranged at the riads and camps. Let us know when you request your quote, and your driver-guide will make sure every kitchen is told.
Tell us how you'd like to travel.
We'll reply fast with a route and a price, free and with no obligation.
